SCRAMnet

SCRAMnet is the web-based application where offender data is collected, analyzed, and stored. Monitoring agencies and supervising agents have access to SCRAMNET via a standard web browser, where supervising personnel can control the testing, synchronization, and reporting schedules for each unique monitored subject.

This system, designed to eliminate large up-front IT expenses, can support a variety of supervising agencies—from small county agencies to nationally run call centers. Each program agency has its own separate data storage area so that supervising personnel can retrieve only the secure data they need at any time from any location.

Customizable, Secure Data Storage and Retrieval

Not all supervising agencies operate the same way, and information that is important to one agency might not be important to another. SCRAMNET’s web-based application enables supervising agencies to use the application on virtually any type of computer and customize the data display for their needs.

SCRAMNET saves supervising agencies money and investments in hardware and software, incremental investments on upgrades, and reoccurring costs for IT staff. Even the smallest agency can experience enterprise-level system security, stability, and availability.

The Right Information, Right When You Need It

SCRAMNET provides supervising agencies and the courts with the ability to customize reports and graphs, which can provide a snapshot of a single event or a comprehensive view of a client's behavior over time. Whether the user is an inventory specialist, an agent, a supervisor, or a call center operator, client data is one click away from your desktop.
Equipment Maintenance SCRAM will send equipment alerts and scheduled maintenance alerts from SCRAMNET to the SCRAM Bracelet via the SCRAM Modem. The highly sensitive SCRAM System will detect possible alerts and the probable cause and will transmit information on actions to take to resolve the alerts. That makes the majority of SCRAM System maintenance simple and automated, saving agencies time and resources on expensive equipment maintenance.
